`On December30, 2015, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal (Dkt.
`
`No. 33) pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) by which they agreed that
`
`(1) certain of Plaintiff’s claims would be dismissed with prejudice and (2) certain
`
`of Plaintiffs claims would be dismissed without prejudice.
`
`Accordingly, the Court hereby enters the Order as follows:
`
`e Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Yamahafor alleged
`
`infringement of the ’952 Patent, the 652 Patent, the °873 Patent, the
`
`’099 Patent, the ’356 Patent, and the ’686 Patent are hereby
`
`dismissed with prejudice.
`
`e Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Yamahafor alleged
`
`infringement of claims | and 13 of the ’694 Patent are hereby
`dismissed without prejudice.
`
`Eachparty shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
