`On December 30, 2015, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal (Dkt.

`No. 33) pursuant to Fed, R. Civ. P. 41(a)()(A}G) by which they agreedthat

`(1) certain of Plaintiffs claims would be dismissed with prejudice and (2) certain
`
`of Plaintiff's claims would be dismissed without prejudice.

`Accordingly, the Court hereby enters the Order as follows:
