`On August 5, 2015, and pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(a) and 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.74, the parties filed a copy of a settlement agreement (Paper 14') along
`with a joint request to treat the settlement agreement as business
`confidential, to be separate from the patent file (Paper 13). In addition, the
`parties filed a joint motion to terminate the case under 35 U.S.C. § 317(a).

`made. Based onthefacts of this case, it is appropriate to terminate the case.
