`Applicant/Patentee (hereinafter, “Applicant”) respectfully requests that the Office issue a

`Certificate of Correction for US. Patent No. 8,924,469 to correct typographical errors in claims
`
`1, 2, and 6. The errors being corrected are the Office’s error.
`
`In Applicant’s amendment filed on April 2, 2013, claim 1, last sentence, recites:

`a communication interface enabling the first set of one or more elements to
`
`communicate with the second set of one or more elements.
`
`But in the issued patent, claim 1 recites:

`configured to define a first notification policy design capability set for the first service design
`
`center, the first notification policy design capability set comprising a first subset of a master
`
`policy capability set.

`But in the issued patent, claim 2 recites:

`2. The network system recited in claim 1, wherein the first set of one or more elements
`

`

`

`The word “comprise” should be changed to “comprises.”

`end-user device, and wherein at least assist in presenting the notification information through the
`
`user interface comprises send at least a portion of the notification information to the end-user
`

`CONCLUSION
`
`Applicant respectfully requests issuance of the Certificate of Correction to correct the
`
`typographical errors in claims 1, 2, and 6. The Office is authorized to charge any fee deficiency
`
`or credit any overpayment to Deposit Account 50-5 876.
