`In the Notice of Allowance, claims 1-5, 7-12, 14-18, 60, 62-74 and 76 were
`allowed.
`In the amendments presented above, independent Claim 18 has been
`Physiological Monitor, and that the display system simultaneously displays data
`Provided by the electronic Positioning device and the physiological monitor. Support
`for the addition of a Physiological monitor can be found throughout the specification
`as originally filed (e.9., claim 1 as Originally filed). Support for the amendment
`conceming the simultaneous display of data from the electronic Positioning device
`and the Physiological monitor can be found, for example, at page 40,lines 7-16, at
`page 24,lines 1-8, and at Fig. 19 of the Specification as Originally filed.
`Newly added claim 77 depends from claim 18, and further specifies that the
`physiological monitor comprises a heart rate monitor configured to be worn about a
`subject's chest and to wirelessly transmit data indicative of a subject's heart rateto
`the display unit. Support for this new Claim can be found, for example, at Fig. 15,
`and at page 28,line 22, through page 29, jine 20, of the specification as originalty
`filed.

`The above claim amendments are presented in orderto further distinguish
`these claims from the Prior art andto facilitate enforcementofthe same. Applicants
`recently leamedthat a third Party has introduced a product believed to infringe one
`or more of the Previously-allowed claims. The Proposed amendments do not require
`an additional search or @xamination, since Previously-allowed claim 18 ts merely
`being narrowed in scope and newly-added claim 77 depends from previously- .
`allowed claim 18 (and is therefore narrowerthan previously-allowed claim 18).
