`FOR COORDINATED PRETRIAL PROCEEDINGS

`Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict
`
`Litigation (“JPML”), Plaintiff Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Regeneron”) hereby provides
`
`notice of the filing of a Motion for Transfer of Action to this District Pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
`
`§ 1407 for Coordinated Pretrial Proceedings in the multidistrict litigation (“MDL”) proceeding
`
`captioned In re Aflibercept Patent Litigation, Pending MDL No. 5. The Motion requests that the
`
`case Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Amgen, Inc., No. 24-cv-00264, which was filed on
`
`January 10, 2024, be transferred to the Northern District of West Virginia for coordination with
`
`proceedings in the five above-captioned cases. A copy of the Motion to Transfer filed with the
`
`JPML on January 11, 2024, is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and was also served on the clerk of
