`WHEREAS, on June 28, 2024, the Court issued an order granting Plaintiff Regeneron
`
`Pharmaceuticals, Inc’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Defendant Celltrion, Inc. (“PI
`
`Order”; ECF No. 215, 1:24-md-3103);
`
`WHEREAS, the Court filed the PI Order under seal and directed the parties to confer and
`
`submit a joint proposed redacted version within seven days;
`
`WHEREAS, the July 4th holiday falls within that seven day period;
`
`WHEREAS, the parties are continuing to meet and confer regarding the information to be
`
`redacted;
`
`IT IS THEREFORE STIPULATED AND AGREED, that the parties’ deadline to submit a
`
`joint proposed redacted version of the PI Order is extended to July 8, 2024.
