`This matter came before the Court on third-party defendant STMicroelectronics, Inc.’s
`
`(“ST Inc.”) Motion For Sanctions Pursuant to RCW 4.84.185. Having considered the motion, the
`
`arguments in support thereof, and the pleadings and files on record herein, the Court hereby
`
`ORDERS that ST Inc.’s Motion for Sanctions is GRANTED.
`
` IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:
`1. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of third party defendant ST Inc., establishing that third
`
`party plaintiffs HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. (“Third Party Plaintiffs”) are
`
`jointly and severally liable to ST Inc. in the total amount of $64,851.06.
`
`2. ST Inc. is awarded attorneys’ fees in the amount of $64,368.00 and costs in the amount of
`$483.06 for a combined liability of $64,851.06. Third Party Plaintiffs are jointly and
`
`severally liable to ST Inc. in the total amount, plus post-judgment interest.
`
`3. All sums awarded shall bear post-judgment interest at the statutory rate of twelve percent
`
`(12%) per annum, compound interest, commencing from the date of entry of this
`
`Judgment.
`
