`This letter is directed to your clients I-ITC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. (together cHTC”).
`I write to inform you that the 2013 Development and License Agreement (the “Agreement”)
`between CyWee Technology Pte Ltd.
`(“CyWee Technology”)
`and ST Microelectronics
`International NV. ("STMicroelectronics”), which was assigned to CyWec Motion, has been
`terminated, effective immediately.
`
`HTC claims to be in possession of certain software that it purports to have used in connection with
`its purchase of hardware from STMicroelectronics. CyWee Motion demands that HTC
`immediately cease and desist any use of its software and that HTC immediately return any and all
`copies ofthe software to CyWee Motion.
