`In preparation for the Pretrial Conference scheduled for April 15, 2015, Plaintiffs
`
`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America Inc. (collectively, “Samsung”)
`
`and Defendants NVIDIA Corporation, Old Micro, Inc. f/k/a Velocity Micro, Inc., and Velocity
`
`Holdings, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), by counsel, jointly submit to the Court the Parties’
`
`Proposed Pre-Trial Schedules and Trial Dates, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
`
`Samsung presently asserts eight patents against one or more Defendants. NVIDIA
`
`intends to file counterclaims asserting four patents as well as claims for declaratory judgment of
`
`non-infringement and invalidity against Samsung on April 14, 2015.1 The Parties have met and
`
`conferred regarding these proposed schedules and dates and will be prepared to report orally on
`
`them during the April 15, 2015 Pretrial Conference.
`
