`
`ORDER
`
`Having considered SAMSUNG'S MOTION TO SEVER NVIDIA'S PATENT

`enabling the pretrial and trial process to achieve justice in this
`
`complex matter; and finding that severance will work no prejudice
`
`to the defendants, it is hereby ORDERED that SAMSUNG' S MOTION TO SEVER
