`Defendant NVIDIA Corporation (“NVIDIA”), by counsel, respectfully moves for leave
`
`to file the [Corrected] Memorandum in Opposition to Samsung’s Motion to Sever attached
`
`hereto as Exhibit A. In support thereof, NVIDIA states as follows:
`

`
`NVIDIA filed its Memorandum in Opposition to Samsung’s Motion to Sever
`
`[Dkt. No. 135] on May 8, 2015.
`
`2.
`
`NVIDIA subsequently discovered a typographical error in the Memorandum.
`
`Specifically, the word “not” was inadvertently included in line 9 on page 7 and inadvertently
`
`excluded from line 10 of that page.
`

`
`At NVIDIA’s request, Samsung has agreed to consent to this Motion seeking
`
`leave to file the attached corrected Memorandum correcting the error.
`

`Accordingly, NVIDIA respectfully requests that the Court enter an Order granting this
