`This matter comes before the Court for resolution of non-dispositive matters pursuant to
`
`28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1)(A) on the parties' Joint Submission Regarding Discovery Relating to
`
`NVIDIA's Counterclaims (ECF No. 101). Having reviewed the parties' joint submission, the
`
`Court agrees, in large part, with Defendants' position and believes that the parties should move
`
`forward with discovery on Defendants' counterclaims without regard to any motion to sever.
`
`Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the parties hold a supplemental Rule 26(f) conference
`
`regarding discovery related to Defendants' counterclaims not later than May 1, 2015, with
`
`discovery to proceed forward thereafter.
`
`Let the Clerk file this Order electronically and notify all counsel accordingly.
`
`It is so ORDERED.
