`On March 22,2023, the parties in these cases submitted joint discovery plans. (Google
`
`Action Docket no. 50; Apple Action Docket no. 44). Having reviewed the two joint discovery
`
`plans, the undersigned appreciates that the parties and counsel are coordinating matters and
`
`working well together. While there are no specific issues with what has been proposed in the
`
`joint discovery plans by the parties, the court believes it would be helpful to have a status
`
`conference to discuss proceedings in these cases in general. Therefore, it is hereby
`
`ORDERED that counsel in both cases attend a joint virtual status conference on
`
`Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. The conference will last an estimated thirty minutes.
