`Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff Geoscope Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Plaintiff” or

`“Geoscope”) in the above named case hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the
`
`Federal Circuit from the Order (Dkt. No. 121) entered by the district court in this case on September
`
`18, 2023, granting Defendant’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Dkt. No. 92) and dismissing
`
`the Counts in the Complaint which were not resolved by the parties’ Stipulation of Partial Judgment
`
`of Noninfringement and Invalidity (Dkt. Nos. 117, 118)—i.e., Count I, Count II as it relates to claims
`
`15 and 18 of U.S. Patent No. 8,400,358, Count III, and Count IV—and the district court’s
`
`Memorandum Opinion (Dkt. No. 120) entered September 18, 2023, providing the district court’s
`
`reasons for such Order. Plaintiff also appeals from any and all other orders, rulings, and/or decisions
`
`entered prior to the entry of final judgment that are merged into, related to, pertinent to, or ancillary
`
`to such judgment, including the Memorandum Opinion & Order (Dkt. No. 105) regarding claim
`
`construction entered by the district court in this case on July 19, 2023.
