`SUMER GHAZALA AS COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR DEFENDANT GOOGLE LLC
`AND MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT

`Pursuant to Local Rule 83.1(G), Defendant Google LLC (“Google”), by counsel, hereby
`
`moves for leave to allow Sumer Ghazala, who is leaving the firm of Williams & Connolly, to be
`
`withdrawn as counsel of record for Google in this case. Google will continue to be represented
`
`by Williams & Connolly and Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. This request will cause no delay, will
`
`not be prejudicial to any party, and is not contrary to the interests of justice.
`
`Plaintiff consents to the relief requested. A proposed order granting the requested relief
`
`is attached as Exhibit 1.
`
`Because the motion is agreed to, the parties waive a hearing on this procedural motion.
`
`Should the Court deem a hearing necessary, however, the parties will appear as directed.
`
`WHEREFORE, Google respectfully requests that the Court enter the attached order
`
`allowing Sumer Ghazala to be withdrawn as counsel of record for this case.
