`Pursuant to the Court’s Order (Dkt. 426, 432), the parties submit this joint status report to
`
`notify the Court of a decision from the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (“PTAB”) regarding
`
`Defendants’ challenge to Plaintiffs’ asserted U.S. Patent No. 10,492,542 (“the ’542 patent”).
`
`On January 10, 2022, the PTAB issued a final written decision in PGR2020-00071
`
`determining that all challenged claims1 (1-12 and 18-30) of the ’542 patent unpatentable. A copy
`
`of the decision is attached as Exhibit 1.
`
`
