`they are filing a Motion for Leave to File Under Seal un-redacted copies of the Reply in Support

`of Plaintiffs’ Partial Motion for Summary Judgment and accompanying Exhibits T and U.
`
`Plaintiffs’ Motion to Seal is being filed concurrently with Plaintiffs’ Memorandum.
