`R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company (“Reynolds”) notifies the Court and parties that, in
`
`accordance with the Court’s Order at Docket No. 1498 and in connection with Reynolds’s
`
`Renewed Motion to Seal Exhibits Entered into Evidence at Trial (Dkt. No. 1477), Reynolds
`
`delivered redacted copies of the partially-sealed trial exhibits to the Court on August 8,
`
`2023.
`
`The Court’s Order also required the parties to promptly file complete public
`
`versions of their briefing on Philip Morris Products S.A.’s Motion for a Permanent
`
`Injunction, or Alternatively, an Ongoing Royalty, containing the redacted memoranda, the
`
`redacted versions of the sealed exhibits, and all other exhibits that are not under seal. See
`
`Dkt. 1498. Reynolds has done so at Dkt. No. 1462, and understands from counsel at Philip
`
`Morris that it has also done so at Dkts. 1468 and 1469.
