`This matter is before the Court on the motion filed by Defendant R.J. Reynolds Vapor

`Company (“RJRV”) hereby moves the Court to designate as “Confidential” pursuant to the
`
`Stipulated Protective Order (Dkt. 103) and to redact certain portions of the transcript of the hearing
`
`held before the Court on November 4, 2022 (Dkt. 1436), pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5(C) and
`
`5(H).
`
`Upon consideration of the motion and brief in support thereof, as well as the briefs filed in
`
`opposition or argument of counsel for the parties, if any, if is hereby ORDERED that the motion
`
`is GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that the following portions of the November 4, 2022,
`
`hearing transcript be redacted and not made available to the public:
`
