`Services LLC, and Philip Morris USA, Inc., (“Altria”) seek to leave to have attorney Robert T. Vlasis

`III of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP withdraw his appearance as counsel for Altria on the following
`
`grounds:
`

`On March 10, 2022 the Court entered an order granting the motion to allow Robert
`
`T. Vlasis III to enter his pro hac vice appearance as counsel for Altria (Dkt. Nos. 1138).
`

`Altria continues to be represented by Weil, Gothal & Manges LLP.
`
`No party will be prejudiced by this withdrawal.
`
` WHEREFORE, Altria seek entry of an order granting the withdrawal of the appearance of

`Robert T. Vlasis III as its counsel, directing the Clerk of the Court to strike his appearance and to
`
`remove him from the CM/ECF service list in this matter, and directing all other parties that he
`
`need not be served with any further pleadings, motions, or other papers in this matter. A proposed
`
`Order is submitted herewith.
