`REYNOLDS’S RESPONSE TO PMI/ALTRIA’S MAY 19 LETTERS

`Reynolds submits this response to PMI/Altria’s May 19, 2022 letters to the Court.
`
`Reynolds has received two (2) letters from counsel for Plaintiffs today (Dkt. 1231 and
`
`1232).
`
`A number of Reynolds’s attorneys are traveling to the EDVA today, so that they may
`
`attend the hearing tomorrow (May 20), and thus, if agreeable to the Court, Reynolds will
`
`respond to the letters at the hearing tomorrow.
