`The parties have filed a Joint Motion to Amend Discovery Limits, (Doc. No. 323). Based

`on the parties’ stipulation and for good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED and the court
`
`ORDERS as follows.
`
`The following provisions shall apply to the current period of fact discovery that began on
`
`July 13, 2023.
`
`• Supplementation of previously served discovery responses: The parties shall
`
`supplement their responses to previously-served interrogatories and requests for
`
`production that use such terms as “Accused Products” and “Asserted Patents,” or
`
`otherwise similarly address per-patent or per-product issues, to account for the
`
`newly added products and patents, respectively. The parties shall meet and confer
`
`to identify which requests require supplementation.

`• Limits for new discovery: The following limits apply without regard to the prior
