`FOR DEFENDANT TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT

`Plaintiff Match Group, LLC (“Plaintiff”) files this Unopposed Motion for Extension of
`
`Time for Defendant Muzz Limited (“Defendant”) to Answer or Otherwise Respond to the
`
`Complaint, and respectfully requests an extension for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond
`
`to Plaintiff’s Complaint up to and including June 9, 2023.
`
`Plaintiff filed its Complaint on March 23, 2023. Dkt. 1. Defendant’s counsel agreed to
`
`accept service of the Complaint on behalf of Defendant in lieu of service pursuant to the Hague
`
`Convention, and on April 6, 2023, Plaintiff agreed to an extension until June 9, 2023 for Defendant
`
`to answer or otherwise respond. This motion is not made for delay but only to permit orderly
`
`resolution of issues in the case.
`
`Wherefore, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court extend the time for Defendant to
`
`answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint up to and including June 9, 2023. Pursuant to this
`
`Court’s April 3, 2023 Standing Order Governing Proceedings (OGP) 4.3 – Patent Cases, Plaintiff
`
`certifies that the extension requested herein does not exceed 45 days from the original answer date.
`
`A proposed order is submitted herewith.
