`and non-volatile memory devices, e-commerce systems, and
`consumer electronics. I was also actively involved in due diligence
`in both IP litigation and tech transaction matters, including analysis of
`IP licenses, portfolios, end-user licensing agreements, and supplier
`agreements, as well as negotiating and preparing settlement and
`licensing agreements.
`
`Prior to Paul Hastings, I prosecuted patent applications before the
`U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in a wide variety of hi-tech areas,
`including consumer electronics, semiconductor processing, motion-
`sensing, noise-cancellation, social platforms, and virtual desktop
`infrastructures.
`
`My prior technical experience includes numerous years spent
`as an Enterprise Server Systems Hardware Engineer at Oracle/
`Sun Microsystems. I also have experience in object oriented
`programming and application development and have designed
`and implemented systems for testing advanced prototyped flash
`memory products as a Design Verification Engineer at Advanced
`Micro Devices.
`
`I am registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
`Office, and admitted to practice before the State Courts of California,
`the Northern District of California, the Southern District of Texas, and
`the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
