`NOTICE OF JOINT EXTENSION OF DEADLINES FOR CONTENTIONS

`Pursuant to the Court’s Amended Standing Order Regarding Joint or Unopposed Request
`
`to Change Deadlines dated March 7, 2022, the parties agree to extend Plaintiff’s deadline to serve
`
`its preliminary infringement contentions from October 18, 2023, to November 1, 2023, and to
`
`commensurately extend Defendant’s deadline to serve its preliminary invalidity contentions to
`
`January 10, 2024. The parties intend to file an agreed-upon proposed scheduling order on
`
`November 8, 2023, setting all other case deadlines.
`
`The parties certify that the extended deadlines do not change the date of any hearing, trial, or
`
`other Court date, and do not extend any deadline of a final submission that affects the Court’s ability
`
`to hold a scheduled hearing, trial, or Court event.
