`ATTORNEY ALEX RUGE

`Plaintiff Advanced Silicon Technologies LLC (“AST”) moves to withdraw Alex Ruge as
`
`counsel of record. In support of this Motion, the undersigned states as follows:

`As of October 2, 2023, Mr. Ruge is no longer employed by Sheridan Ross, P.C.
`
`AST has no objection to Mr. Ruge’s withdrawal from the case, and it will continue
`
`to be represented by Brian A. Carpenter of Carstens, Allen and Gourley, LLP; Robert R. Brunelli,
`
`Patrick A. Fitch, Bart A. Starr, Brian Boerman, Angela J. Bubis and Briana D. Long of Sheridan
`
`Ross, P.C. Thus, no prejudice will result from Mr. Ruge’s withdrawal and termination as counsel
`
`for Advanced Silicon Technologies LLC.

`AST has conferred with counsel for Defendants, who stated that Defendants would
`
`not oppose.

`WHEREFORE, the undersigned requests that Alex Ruge be terminated as counsel of

`record for Advanced Silicon Technologies LLC and removed from ECF notification for this
