`Plaintiff’s complaint was filed on January 20, 2022. Dkt. No. 1. Plaintiff filed an amended

`complaint on March 22, 2022. Dkt. No. 8. There has been one extension for Defendant to answer

`and/or respond to the complaint for a total of 42 days.

`On April 5, 2022, Defendant responded to the Amended Complaint by filing a motion to

`dismiss Plaintiff’s claims of direct infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,765,399. Dkt. No. 13.

`Defendant’s partial motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 13) remains pending.
