`On this day, Plaintiff Aire Technology Limited (“Aire”) and Defendant Apple Inc.

`(“Apple”), announce to the Court that they have settled all claims for relief in this action. Pursuant

`to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the Parties agree to dismiss all claims for relief.
`
`
`
`IT IS THEREFORE AGREED that all claims for relief asserted against Apple by Aire are
`
`dismissed with prejudice; and
`
`
`
`IT IS FURTHER AGREED that all attorneys’ fees, costs of court, and expenses shall be
`
`borne by each party incurring the same.
