`Deadlines, Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) files this notice of agreed extension. On April 14,

`2022, Apple filed its Opposed Motion to Transfer Venue Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (DE 25).
`
`Plaintiff Aire Technology Ltd. (“Aire”) filed its Opposition to Apple’s Opposed Motion to
`
`Transfer Venue Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) on July 13, 2022 (DE 43). Aire agreed to Apple’s
`
`request for a one-week extension to file a reply in support of its Motion to Transfer Venue Under
`
`28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) through and including July 28, 2022.
