`On August 17, 2022, the Eastern District of Texas entered a Markman Order in Jawbone
`
`Innovations, LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., et al., Case No. 2:21-cv-00186-JRG-RSP
`
`(E.D.T.X.) (the “Samsung Case”). Apple Inc. hereby provides the Markman order as
`
`supplemental authority in support of Apple’s Markman Brief (Dkt. No. 54), filed on May 25,
`
`2022 and Reply Brief (Dkt. No. 67), filed on June 29, 2022. With the exception of the ’213 and
`
`’611 patents, the patents at issue in the Samsung Case are identical to those asserted in the
`
`present action.
`
`A copy of the Markman Order is attached to this notice for the Court’s convenience as
`
`Exhibit A.
