`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Governing Proceedings in Patent Cases, Plaintiff

`Jawbone Innovations, LLC (“Jawbone” or “Plaintiff”) and Defendant Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) have
`
`met and conferred regarding the completion of venue discovery and briefing on Apple’s Motion
`
`to Transfer Venue to the Northern District of California (Dkt. 38). Based on the availability of
`
`Apple’s witnesses for deposition, the parties will complete venue discovery on August 25, 2022.
`
`Jawbone will file its opposition to Apple’s Motion on September 8, 2022. Apple will file its Reply
`
`on September 22, 2022.
