`Jawbone further informs the Court that on May 16, 2022, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.,

`Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Apple Inc. filed IPR2022-01021 regarding U.S. Patent
`
`No. 7,246,058. Based on the currently available evidence, Jawbone expects an institution decision
`
`to be issued no earlier than December 2022, and a final written decision, if the petition is instituted,
`
`no earlier than December 2023.
