`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Governing Proceedings in Patent Cases, Plaintiff
`
`Jawbone Innovations, LLC (“Jawbone” or “Plaintiff”) hereby informs the Court that, on April 7,
`
`2022, Google LLC filed IPR Petition IPR2022-00797 against U.S. Patent No. 8,321,213. The
`
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board has not yet issued a Notice of Filing Date Accorded and Time For
`
`Filing Patent Owner Preliminary Response. Based on the information at hand, Jawbone expects
`
`the Board will issue an institution decision in October or November of 2022. If instituted, the
`
`Board will likely issue a Final Written Decision in October or November of 2023.
