`Pursuant to the Court’s Amended Standing Order Regarding Joint or Unopposed Request
`
`to Change Deadlines dated March 7, 2022, Plaintiff AlmondNet, Inc. and Defendants
`
`Amazon.com, Inc.; Amazon.com Services LLC; and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (together, “the
`
`parties”) provide notice that the parties have agreed to the following briefing schedule with respect
`
`to Defendants’ Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 50(b)
`
`(“Motion”) filed October 22, 2024:
`
`1. Oppositions must be filed by November 19, 2024; and
`
`2. Replies in support of Defendants’ Motion must be filed within 28 days of service
`
`of any oppositions.
`
`This schedule is consistent with the parties’ agreement as reflected in the June 6, 2024,
`
`Second Amended Joint Pretrial Order, which provides for replies in support to be filed within 21
`
`days of service of any oppositions and allows parties to seek any reasonable extensions to account
`
`for the intervening Thanksgiving holiday. This schedule does not change the date of any hearing,
`
`trial, or other currently calendared Court date and does not extend any deadline of a final
`
`submission that affects the Court’s ability to hold a scheduled hearing, trial, or Court event.
