`JOINT MOTION TO ENTER FINAL JUDGMENT
`In accordance with the Court’s September 19th, 2024 hearing, Plaintiff AlmondNet, Inc.
`and Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services, Inc.
`respectfully request that the Court enter the attached proposed final judgment.1 If the Court enters
`final judgment on Monday, September 23, 2024, pre-judgment interest will total $14,652,376.00,
`as reflected in the proposed final judgment. For each day thereafter, pre-judgment interest will
`accrue at a rate of $18,516 per day.
