`record for Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services, Inc.

`(“Amazon”). I have personal knowledge of the facts in this declaration and, if called upon to do

`so, could and would testify competently as to the matters set forth herein.

`patent infringement letter to Facebook, Inc., dated July 24, 2019, labeled ALMONDNET-

`AMAZON-0003188-3191. AlmondNet sent nearly identical notice of patent infringement letters
`
`to at least 40 other companies in July 2019, which it produced at ALMONDNET-AMAZON-
`
`0003194-3353.

`After a letter dated October 25, 2019, AlmondNet ended communications with
`
`Amazon.
`
