`Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services, Inc.

`(collectively, “Defendants” or “Amazon”);

`Claim 24 of U.S. Patent No. 7,822,639 (the “’639 patent”) is infringed by Amazon;

`Claim 37 of the ’139 patent and claim 24 of the ’639 patent are not invalid;

`Judgment is hereby entered in favor of AlmondNet and against Amazon in the
`
`lump sum of $121,950,000.00;
`

`[AlmondNet’s Proposal: AlmondNet is further awarded pre-judgment interest at
`
`the prime rate, compounded quarterly, in the amount of $122,723,986.00.] [Amazon’s Proposal:

`Omit until the issue is fully briefed and considered by the Court.]1

`1 Entitlement to the amount of pre-judgment interest is a disputed issue, which will be fully briefed
`by the Parties. The Parties will file a separate stipulation memorializing their agreement on a
`briefing schedule.
