`MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ATTORNEY
`ERIC MENIST AS COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR DEFENDANTS
`
`Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services,
`
`Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) respectfully move for Eric Menist to be permitted to withdraw as
`
`counsel for Amazon in this case. The withdrawal of Mr. Menist will not delay this proceeding and
`
`will not prejudice any party. Amazon will continue to be represented by Fenwick & West LLP
`
`and the Dacus Firm, P.C. in this proceeding.
`
`Amazon respectfully requests the Court grant this Motion and enter an order permitting
`
`Mr. Menist to withdraw from this action as counsel for Amazon. Amazon further requests the
`
`Court and all parties remove Mr. Menist from all service lists, including ECF service lists, and
`
`cease to serve him with orders, motions, discovery, and all other documents subject to service
`
`and/or notice in this proceeding.
