`JOINT NOTICE IDENTIFYING REMAINING OBJECTIONS TO PRETRIAL
`DISCLOSURES AND DISPUTES ON MOTIONS IN LIMINE

`Pursuant to the Court’s Order Governing Proceedings and the Amended Scheduling Order
`
`(Dkt. No. 215), Plaintiff AlmondNet, Inc. (“AlmondNet”) and Defendants Amazon.com, Inc.,
`
`Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“Amazon”) hereby provide this
`
`joint notice identifying remaining objections to pretrial disclosures and disputes on motions in
`
`limine. On November 17, 2023, the parties filed the Joint Pretrial Order identifying disputed
`
`motions in limine. See Dkt. No. 226. The parties also filed as exhibits to the pretrial order various
`
`pretrial disclosures and objections thereto.
`
`On December 13, 2023, the parties met and conferred concerning the remaining disputed
`
`motions in limine and objections. The objections to pretrial disclosures and the disputed motions
`
`in limine as identified in the parties’ Joint Pretrial Order all remain outstanding.
