`Pursuant to the Court’s Second Amended Standing Order Regarding motions for Inter-
`
`District Transfer (Aug. 18, 2021), defendants Meta Platforms, Inc.1 and Facebook Technologies,
`
`LLC (collectively, “Meta” or “Defendants”) hereby notify the Court that their Motion to Transfer
`
`to the Northern District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (Dkt. 39; the “Motion to
`
`Transfer”) is not ripe for resolution because it has not been fully briefed. Defendants and plaintiffs
`
`are still in the middle of venue discovery; plaintiffs served new venue discovery on March 22,
`
`2022. Plaintiffs have not yet filed their opposition, which is not due until May 13, 2022 (see Dkt.
`
`43), and Defendants, in turn, have not yet filed their reply. The Markman hearing is currently set
`
`for April 25, 2022. See January 10, 2022 Docket Order.
