`LLC (collectively, “Meta” or “Defendants”) hereby provide notice that the parties have agreed to
`
`an extension of time for (a) Defendants’ Opening Claim Construction brief; (b) Plaintiffs’
`
`Responsive Claim Construction brief; (c) Defendants’ Reply brief; and (d) Plaintiffs’ Sur-Reply

`brief. Consistent with the Court’s ruling on February 17, 2022, all briefing and the Joint Claim
`
`Construction Statement will be filed by April 15, 2022.
