`Pursuant to the Court’s Second Amended Standing Order Regarding Motions for Inter-
`
`District Transfer (Aug. 18, 2021), Defendant Google LLC (“Google”) hereby notifies the Court
`
`that its motion to transfer venue to the Northern District of California under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a)
`
`(“Google’s Motion to Transfer”) (Dkt. 24) is fully briefed and ripe for adjudication. Plaintiff VoIP-
`
`Pal.com, Inc. filed its response to Google’s Motion to Transfer on April 22, 2022 (Dkt. 46), and
`
`Google filed its reply in support of Google’s Motion to Transfer on May 6, 2022 (Dkt. 53). Thus,
`
`briefing on Google’s Motion to Transfer closed on May 6, 2022. The Markman hearing for this
`
`case is currently set for May 20, 2022.1 See Dkt. 35 at 6.
