`DEFENDANT GOOGLE LLC TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND

`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Regarding Joint or Unopposed Request to Change
`
`Deadlines, Defendant Google LLC files this Notice regarding its unopposed request for an eight-
`
`day extension of time to answer or otherwise respond to the Original Complaint for Patent
`
`Infringement (the “Complaint”) filed on June 25, 2021.
`
`Based on Google’s agreement to waive service, Google’s deadline to answer or otherwise
`
`respond to the Complaint is currently August 30, 2021 (Dkt. 7). With an 8-day extension, Google’s
`
`answer or other response would be due on September 7, 2021. This extension is not sought for
`
`purposes of delay. To the contrary, the extended deadline would put Google on a similar, if not
`
`the same, schedule as defendants in related cases filed by Plaintiff in this Court. Moreover, the
`
`requested extension does not change the date for any hearing, any final submission to the Court
`
`related to a hearing, or the trial.
`
`The undersigned counsel for Google conferred with counsel for Plaintiff and confirmed
`
`that Plaintiff is unopposed to the relief sought.
`
