`ORDER GRANTING GOOGLE LLC’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR STAY OF
`EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT AND TO WAIVE BOND REQUIREMENT
`
`Before the Court is Google LLC’s Unopposed Motion for Stay of Execution of Judgment
`
`(Dkt. 256) and To Waive Bond Requirement. After consideration of said Motion for Stay, the
`
`Court finds that it is well-taken and should be GRANTED.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: (1) the execution of judgment, including any reporting
`
`obligations, is hereby STAYED until thirty (30) days after the expiration of time allowed for appeal
`
`of a final judgment or, if any appeals are filed, until thirty (30) days after issuance of a mandate
`
`by the appellate court; and (2) the bond requirement set forth in Rule 62(b) of the Federal Rules
`
`of Civil Procedure is hereby WAIVED.
`
