`Court are Touchstream’s Rule 59(E) Motion to Amend the Judgment to Include Supplemental
`
`Damages, Ongoing Royalties, and Interest (Dkts. 274, 282, 288); Google’s Motion for Judgment
`
`as a Matter of Law (Dkts. 275, 283, 289); and Google’s Motion for a New Trial (Dkts. 276, 284,
`
`290). Counsel for Google confirmed that Google does not oppose this Notice.
