`BRIEFING DEADLINES

`Defendant Google LLC (“Google”) and Plaintiff Touchstream Technologies, Inc.
`
`(“Touchstream”) (collectively “the Parties”) jointly move to extend the deadline to file responses
`
`and replies to all post-trial motions. On September 20, 2023, Touchstream filed a Rule 59(e)
`
`motion to amend the judgment to include supplemental damages, ongoing royalties, and interest
`
`(Dkt. 274), and Google filed a Rule 50(b) renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law (Dkt.
`
`275) and a Rule 59 motion for a new trial (Dkt. 276). The Parties request that oppositions to these
`
`motions be due within 28 days of the motion (i.e., by October 18, 2023), and that replies in support
`
`of these motions be due within 28 days of the opposition (i.e., by November 15, 2023). The
`
`Parties’ First Amended Joint Pretrial Order (Dkt. 231 at 15) established similar deadlines for
`
`responses and replies to Google’s Rule 50(b) motion, but not for other motions. Granting this joint
`
`motion would align all post-trial briefing on the same schedule.
