`Plaintiff Touchstream Technologies, Inc. and Defendant Google LLC met and conferred

`regarding narrowing the number of claims and prior art references at issue to triable limits and
`
`make this Joint Report regarding the result of their meet and confer, as required by the Court’s
`
`OGP and the Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order, Dkt. 103. After meeting and conferring,
`
`the parties reached agreement on the following schedule for reduction of asserted claims and prior
`
`art references:
`

`
`January 9, 2023: Touchstream will identify no more than 15 asserted claims
`
`January 11, 2023: Google will identify no more than 5 prior art theories or obviousness
`
`combinations per asserted claim
`
`
`
`
`
`February 4, 2023: Touchstream will identify a further reduced number of asserted claims
`
`February 6, 2023: Google will identify a further reduced number of prior art theories or
`
`obviousness combinations per asserted claim
`
`
`
`The parties respectfully request the Court’s guidance on time limits for trial to assist them
`
`in reaching agreement on the final pretrial reductions in asserted claims and prior art theories.
