`On December 19, 2022, Defendant Google LLC filed its Response to Plaintiff’s Objections
`to and Appeal from Magistrate Judge’s Order [Dkt. 122]. This Response was inadvertently linked
`to the incorrect document on the Court’s docket. Google hereby requests that the Clerk be ordered
`to Strike Dkt. 122 in the above-referenced matter. Google refiled its Response to Plaintiff’s
`Objections to and Appeal from Magistrate Judge’s Order [Dkt. 123].
`Counsel for Google LLC has consulted with counsel for Plaintiff Touchstream
`Technologies, Inc. and Plaintiff is unopposed to this motion.
