`Motion, the Court has determined that the Motion should be GRANTED.

`Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be STAYED until and through

`February 3, 2023. The parties shall propose a new schedule 7 days prior to the expiration of the
`
`stay, with fact discovery proceeding for at least 30 days after the stay is lifted.
